Mr. Harrington is a Registered Professional Engineer, Certified Soil Evaluator, Title 5 Inspector, and a Licensed Construction Supervisor in Massachusetts with fourteen (14) years of experience in the fields of civil engineering and construction management. He has served as a project manager and project engineer on numerous residential, commercial and municipal projects. Mr. Harrington’s primary area of expertise is in land development and permitting.
