With forty-three (43) years of experience, Mr. Spink brings his credentials as a registered professional engineer and attorney to work in engineering and construction. He has experience in waste management, the Massachusetts Contingency Plan (MCP), landfills, environmental protection, environmental engineering, construction, civil engineering, structural engineering, residential/industrial/commercial development, site design, site approval process, program and project management, due diligence, licensing, hydrology, environmental restoration, and regulatory compliance. Mr. Spink has served as a design engineer, project engineer, project manager, design group manager, Chief Engineer, corporate counsel, management specialist, environmental specialist, and special corporate project officer. He has had experience in manufacturing, government, private design engineering and consulting. Mr. Spink has prepared full permitting of the River Run Estates, a 45 lot residential subdivision, located in Medway, Massachusetts. In addition, he has prepared a site plan and full permitting for a new 50,000 square foot industrial building in Raynham, Massachusetts.
