Mr. McGonigle has 25 years experience in Electrical Engineering and Materials Science. As Director of Engineering with International Rectifier (IRF), Mr. McGonigle developed high performance Power Electronics products for the Aerospace and Military industries. Specializing in high reliability, high efficiency motor drives and thermal management systems with design wins on the recently launched the Airbus A380 commercial aircraft and the Lockheed Martin Joint Strike Fighter (F-35) programs. This work resulted in a pending US patent for a 'High Reliability Modules'. Mr. McGonigle also served as the Technical Operations Manager for Analog Devices' (ADI) World-Wide Manufacturing organization developing manufacturing processes for implementation in ADI factories located in the US, Taiwan and the Philippines. Mr. McGonigle's current work focuses on Renewable Energy technologies in Geothermal, Solar Thermal and Solar Photovoltaics.
