Mr. Lewis has eighteen (18) years of diversified experience in the field of civil engineering, having managed projects ranging from multi-agency transportation and development coordination projects to single family residential lot designs. His broad experience on both public and private projects encompasses the fields of site development; infrastructure design; subdivision design; mass transit design, including highway, underground bus and rail; construction inspection and coordination; urban planning; and project management. Throughout his career, Mr. Lewis has demonstrated an ability to manage complex multi-disciplined projects which served him well as the authorized representative for a state agency where he was responsible for coordinating the design and construction of several multi-million dollar federal highway and mass transit projects in conjunction with several multi-million dollar development projects. Mr. Lewis has also been involved in the design of several large residential and commercial developments, various industrial redevelopments and numerous large scale utility transmission and district infrastructure projects. He has a proven record of completing difficult projects in an efficient and timely manner and as Principal Engineer he’s well suited to handle the budget and time restraints associated with overseeing the engineering division and the project management of a multitude of civil engineering projects.
