Mr. Cook has over 20 years experience conducting a wide variety of environmental site assessments, hydrogeological investigations, emergency response activities, and site remediation. He has completed over 100 MCP related site assessment projects including Phase I/II/III/IV site investigations, IRAs, RAMs, URAMs, LRAs, Imminent Hazard Evaluations, UST Removals and RAOs for private, industrial, and municipal clients throughout the New England area, as well as New York and Kentucky. Mr. Cook has also prepared Comprehensive Site Assessments for numerous municipal landfills. He has supervised removal of underground storage tanks (USTs) and remediation of contaminated soils and groundwater. He is experienced in pre-characterizing soil and groundwater conditions prior to construction activities, and preparing contingency plans for proper management of contaminated soil and groundwater unexpectedly encountered during construction projects. He is also experienced in preparing Spill Pollution Control and Countermeasure (SPPC) Plans, and Site Assignment permitting for solid waste/recycling facilities.
