Coneco Engineers & Scientists prepared permitting plans for a proposed industrial park development consisting of three buildings ranging from +/-33,000 s.f. to +/-41,000 s.f. with tenant spaces including associated parking/loading areas, grading, complete site utility design including sanitary sewer connections, stormwater management facilities including an underground detention facilities and other associated utilities. Construction management and oversight. Approvals at the local and state level including Notice of Intent and extensive permitting through the Natural Heritage Endangered Species Program.
