Site Development Plans North Pointe Apartments

Coneco Engineers & Scientists prepared permitting and construction plans for this proposed 74-unit apartment complex. This proposed development consisted of two, three story buildings located on 3.9 acres and was permitted as affordable housing under Chapter 40B, the Massachusetts Affordable Housing Law. The project also required the design and permitting of a small wastewater treatment plant under the Massachusetts Groundwater Discharge Program.
