Coneco Engineers & Scientists was retained by the developer to develop this 10.6 acre parcel for residential use. Coneco prepared permitting plans for this twenty-six unit housing complex. The proposed development consists of thirteen duplex-style buildings located on 10.6 acres and was permitted under Chapter 40B, the Massachusetts Affordable Housing Law. It is expected that construction will begin Spring 2007.
