Site Development Plans

Coneco Engineers & Scientists prepared permitting plans for this proposed 66 unit residential development. This proposed development consists of fifty-five single family and duplex buildings located on 27.7 acres. Wayside Farm was permitted as affordable housing under Chapter 40B, the Massachusetts Affordable Housing Law. This site has significant conservation resource areas and the proposed development is designed to minimize the impact to these areas. The project also required the design and permitting of a small wastewater treatment plant under the Massachusetts Groundwater Discharge Permit Program.
