Meadow Creek Golf Club and Community

Meadow Creek is a 400-acre golf/residential community development project which includes:

18-hole championship golf course and semi-private club,
clubhouse with large banquet/outing facilities,
187 single family homes,
several large open space, conservation, and agricultural restriction areas, and
trail system linking the community to area public parks, open space parcels, and an adjacent wildlife sanctuary.

Mr. Toohill prepared the Environmental Notification Form, Draft Environmental Impact Report, Final Environmental Impact Report, and five Section 61 Findings for the project. He also prepared the Integrated Pest Management Plan, Water Withdrawal Permit Application, surface and groundwater quality monitoring programs, groundwater supply monitoring program, vernal pool hydrology monitoring program, and coordinated the archaeological and historical review of the site. These efforts were coordinated with local, state, and regional environmental agencies and in an exhaustive local stakeholder outreach effort.
