In October of 2009, work commenced on the vertical closed loop geothermal system for a single family home in Little Compton, RI. The home has radiant floor heating and forced air cooling. Coneco provided engineering, HDPE pipe fusion, WaterFurnace equipment, manifolding, and start-up for the system. All WaterFurnace heat pumps provide the heating and cooling energy for the home. The system was designed to meet the criteria for the 30% uncapped tax credit.
