In the fall of 2006, work commenced on the construction of 66 energy efficient units in East Bridgewater, MA. Composed of single homes and duplexes, the homes range in size from 1,800 SF to 2,300 SF and are EnergyStar rated. Coneco provides homeowners with a suite of geothermal options for their home including open loop, closed loop vertical and closed loop horizontal systems. Each loop type has been installed and monitored at the project site to give homeowners a sigificant savings on their energy costs
