In November of 2008, work commenced on the retrofit of a private residence in Raynham, MA. Coneco engineered a vertical closed loop geothermal system that provides heating, cooling, and domestic hot water from one WaterFurnace Envision Series heat pump. Modifications to the existing ductwork were made to make the updated HVAC system even more energy efficient.
