In the fall of 2008, work commenced on the installation of a vertical closed loop geothermal system for this private residence. Modifying the existing radiant and duct systems, Coneco engineered a HVAC system that consists of a WaterFurnace Envision Series for air conditioning and emergency air heating and an EW Series heat pump for radiant floor heating.
