In September 2009, Coneco was contracted through HKT Architects of Somerville, MA to engineer a vertical closed loop geothermal system for the Tisbury Emergency Services Facility on Martha's Vineyard. The design is based off of a 22-ton block load for cooling, and 300-MBH for heating. Coneco will also provide construction administration if the Town approves the project in their Fall Town meeting.
