In April of 2009, work commenced on the vertical closed loop geothermal system for a single family home in Little Compton, RI. The home has radiant floor heating and forced air cooling. All WaterFurnace heat pumps provide the heating and cooling energy for the home. The system was designed to meet the criteria for the 30% uncapped tax credit.
