Bridge Reconstruction Survey

The Boston University Bridge, spanning the Charles River between Boston and Cambridge, underwent extensive reconstruction in 2010. Coneco provided station and offset pre-demolition elevations as well as elevations of key structural members after roadway demolition. This project was phased to permit uninterrupted flow of traffic throughout the duration of construction. Our ability to respond rapidly to conditions as they developed in the field was a key element in the success of this project.
