Kevin E. McHugh

P.E., Senior Civil Engineer

Mr. McHugh is a Registered Professional Engineer with twenty-five (25) years of varied engineering experience including design, construction, and project management. He has served as the project manager and has provided engineering services for a variety of stormwater, wastewater, water, site development, solid waste, and hazardous waste projects. He has been involved with projects in all phases of the MCP and has served as the primary contact, and completed numerous emergency response projects under the MCP at multiple sites throughout eastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He has designed and implemented remedial plans and systems of varying size and complexity, both under the MCP and the EPA’s Superfund program. Most recently, Mr. McHugh has assisted numerous municipalities with their compliance with the EPA’s Phase II Stormwater Rule, including the development and implementation of community-wide stormwater management plans, and Geographic Information System (GIS) mapping of their stormwater systems. Mr. McHugh has also been assisting the Town of Lynnfield with the planning and preliminary design of a new athletic complex at the High School, incorporating a combination of synthetic and natural turf fields to accommodate multiple events.
